Welcome to SKAT

We’re Georgina & Nils Eklöf-Grey Rage. We’re curious and obsessive. We have a common passion for style & clothes, good design; love to eat well and go out of our way to find the best of what the world has to offer.

We started SKAT as a place to gather these things we love and share it with friends old and new. To organise these ‘treasures’ (skat, in Danish), we’ll follow a simple recipe:

Why subscribe?

Expect a monthly - to start - newsletter with style thoughts, favourite recipes, cultural servings and travel guides. Subscribing will give you access to the archive of newsletters, and ad-hoc special guides.

We’ll cover wide grounds from planning a cruise down the Nile river; XXth century architect homes; sharing family recipes for Sunday meals; tips on where to eat in remote Sri-Lanka and why you need knee-high socks. We love a high-low, so you’ll be served greasy hole-in-the-wall taco places and silk scarves. It’s the joys of life.

About us

Georgina has worked in fashion for years, most recently as a Buyer for Net-A-Porter and MyTheresa, while Nils is Head of Sustainability for a property developer. Between us we are French/Canadian/Swedish/Chilean/Scottish/American (queue the last name) and have lived in France, Italy, Canada, Denmark. We reside in a cosy flat in London’s Barbican Estate, along with our collection of glassware and a huge travertine table.
